i know, i know:
can't love without first loving youself
can't honour without knowing you're honourable
can't help people feel integrated without first being integrated yourself

i.e can't possibly bring others where you've never been
sighhhh
is this merely just a prolonged rough patch or me being the problem

because, i cannot seem to bring myself to do any of this
much as i want to try, i can't
much as i need to, don't know who i can talk to :(
