yawn yawn. reading other perople's blogs just remined me about how much HW there is. and im still kinda lazing rnd. and i still feel rather weird like im still on the boat or smth. gosh. for these few months i dont think i'll ever touch a kayak or a pedal (: still, there's obs in may and we've gotta kayak again. anyhow, kayaking wasn't terror or whatever. first day we basically did nothing much and we slept early. 2nd day.. start of expedition and stuff.. it felt great t be in front for once. haha actually maybe it wasn't really me that helped much. then we had to switch partners durign lunch to help the weaker ones. so i got paired up with julien and we thought 2km together would be ok. but apparently 1km seemed so long we nearly died doing starboard or however you spell that. we were trying real hard to keep up and keep right. when heading back i was so worried that we were lost or smth cause there was so few of us!she and her not scary ghost stories and songs. i didnt know to laugh or not cause we were so far back i felt like crying. haha. but still we made it.. and almost everyone slept early the 2nd night. which reminds me of rachel's cute pooh pillow and weird slpg habits that me and laura were like a lil suqashed t the side. 3rd day me and julien went rather well but also a little back and kept getting out of line cos we knocked into ppl like countless times. but it was not too bad i have t say as we were quite front fer a while before seeing many others pass us. these 3 days taught me a fair bit and im happy i didn't get as tanned as last year. maybe sunblock really helped. still, i have this feeling that this year's camp was different from last year's. and i sorta miss it. maybe its just me
