hey! i'm backk..yeah frm m'sia..tho we didn't get to go 2 thailand..well..i hafta say.. it was a REAL fun time there!!actually we kinda went there fer a family 'reunion' to visit my dad's younger bro n aunty sharon, who were working at Penang.soo..we met at 9..on weds11nov..drove up to malacca..spent the nite at Mahkota Hotel..eek. i'll NEVER want to go to tt place again.man..e service is not really good, the hotel condition..worse!welll..the only attraction is their 2 pools.but they aren't all THAT clean or fantastic..ok...not a very nice start to the trip.wad was worse, was tt..my braces were cutting against my teeth!i juz couldn't eat much..we went to the mall..i got some ice cream.. and our swim suits!wee..at least it wasn't all that bad!.aightt..so we set off the nxt day.yay!to penang..woww..the highway was juz soo packed..[deepavali i guess]we took 7hrs plus man..we stayed at copthorne for another night.met uncle george n aunty sharon..ate dinner at 'gurney' drive..hawkers paradise.lol..all the nice, mouth watering food.even sushi!!n the next day..we took a fairy to Langkawi..it was darn shaky..but well..it was worthwhile..Mutiara Hotel[where we stayed]was the best!!.totally cool..the houses were cabin styled..with the rainforest like surroundings..and the nearby beach..whoa.heaven;we even spotted a couple of monitor lizards..weird reptiles..n squrriels!tai4wan2mei3le!at nite..we headed to the 'sampan bar' by the beach..to get the welcome drinks..smth like fruit punch..sat on the swings..surrounded by 2 'monkeys'-duhh..titus+hisdearlilbro,marcus.. sighh yeshh.my two cousins..haha..and their 13 yr old bro cephas, was as usual taking control of em.lol..nice brotherly love!next day..we stayed till 1230..saw the sunrise even!! in the morn..with low tide tho, the beach was beautiful,so calm,serene..for once.i like looking at nature.hahaa.so we swam, played beach volleyball..made a cute lil fren..tat lil boy couldn't stop followin us round!uhhuhh..so we took a van n shopped at Langkawi's biggest mall.-or is it? all the shops were so deadd..cuz it was hari raya goin on or smth..but we went to a cool store 'sunday' and ate lunch..i had tereaki chicken..and after tt..we went browsing round tt store..which had decoratives..and all the retro-themed stuff..since we had time to kill.. we walked around almost the whole mall..with loadsa art/tourist targeted stores..bought chocs..slippers..i guess tt was all..thn yeah..we took the ferry to penang..and went to sheraton where we stayed fer 2 nights..visited the borrring butterfly farm..got all dizzy due to the journey up n down the mountains..or windy roads?!thn hawker food again..i seemed to be eating only char kuay teow! the asam laksa was sour.but unique;i still prefer the local kind..time flew pass very quickly..it was monday..we left penang.for mahkota hotel *againn!!:x .and everything seemed 'cool..' despite the long journey..till we discovered tt our car side window was smashed..we initially didn't discover anything lost.then i suddenl;y felt sick..puked..and concluded tat it may haf been the BK burger tt caused my stomach to ache..i must have puked 6 times at least.i just drank warm water..with my mummy by my side..i don't think i'll ever touuh a BK burger again!.on our way back to s'pore,and to lunch at 'pei zan restaurant'we found gracie's cute lil bob-dog bag had been stolen!!she cried buckets..aww..Alas, we survived the journey bac to sunny island..with my mum..and stefie using plastic sheets to tape and hold against the window..for once..i was lazing arnd and slept in the front..well i was SICK!;)ok..enuff of my journey.

went to catch the 24 pieties *in chinese!with drama..met fiona, julien+kailin at the mrt station..thn we got lost trying to find maxwell food centre.lol.we just went there on thurs fer the drama field trip.[to 'research?for SYF].chinatown,sungei rd..the theives market was cool..bought coke bottles..anf FIR cd for 5bucks!ok..shan't digress furhter..the play was enjoyable, being an interactive one.plus it was easy to grasp..with amixture of simple chinese, and english..using folk tales n stuff to explain filial piety..in which e 6 characters didn't have..yeahh..it was meant for kids..but i liked it..with the attractive, minimal use of props,lighting and funny moments..
k so today was spent clearing the study room. i'm beat.from packing. and typing this LONG entry.. sorry. haven't blogged 4 tt long!!..i'll end here.forgive me for any errors.. //till then//
